We facilitate bulk and international trade orders subject to product availability, commercial feasibility, and successful order verification. All orders are reviewed and formally confirmed in accordance with the applicable commercial terms agreed between the parties.

Order Enquiry & Availability
All bulk and international enquiries are subject to prior verification of product specifications, quantities, stock availability, lead times, and applicable commercial terms. Order acceptance remains subject to our written confirmation.

Payment Terms
For international transactions, payments may be made through Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) / Wire Transfer, with the applicable advance payment requirements as specified and mutually agreed in the commercial invoice or order documentation.

Order Confirmation
An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt and successful verification of the agreed advance payment or, where applicable, authentication and acceptance of the Letter of Credit through our designated banking institution.

Transaction Currency
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all international quotations, invoices, and transactions shall be denominated and settled in United States Dollars (USD).

Commercial Documentation
Applicable invoices, order confirmations, shipping documentation, and other commercial records shall be issued in accordance with the agreed transaction terms and applicable international trade requirements.

3. International Trade & Export Policy

As an international exporter of Makhana (Fox Nuts), Spices, and other agro-commodities, all bulk and export transactions are subject to applicable international trade and regulatory requirements.

Import Compliance: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with the import, customs, food safety, labelling, and regulatory requirements of the destination country.

Documentation: Buyers must provide accurate and timely information required for export documentation, including, where applicable, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.

Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments may be arranged under FOB India or CIF terms, as specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or sales contract. Responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and risk shall be governed by the agreed Incoterm.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipment schedules and delivery timelines are indicative and subject to vessel availability, carrier schedules, port operations, and logistics conditions.

We shall not be responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, port congestion, carrier disruptions, customs clearance procedures, or regulatory delays in the destination country.

Any applicable delivery timeline shall be determined based on the agreed Incoterms and shipping arrangements for the respective order.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property appearing on this Website—including software, source code, databases, website design, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and other content—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the Website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without our prior written authorization.

6. Quality Assurance & Claims

We are committed to supplying products in accordance with the quality, quantity, specifications, and commercial terms stated in the applicable Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.

Any claim relating to quality, quantity, shortage, damage, or specification variance must be notified in writing within 7 days of the goods arriving at the destination port.

Claims must be supported by an independent inspection or survey report issued by a recognized third-party agency, such as SGS, where applicable. Claims submitted after the specified period or without the required supporting documentation may not be considered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PLS Agro Foods Global (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., including its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to the use of this Website or its content.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising from contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in this provision shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transaction or relationship arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India, in respect of any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, their interpretation, or their performance.
