Payment Methods

Bank Transfer (T/T)

A 30% initial payment is required to commence production and packing, with the remaining 70% payable prior to shipment.
Flexible payment arrangements may be considered for trusted, long-term business partners.

Letter of Credit (L/C)

For high-volume international orders, we accept an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight, offering enhanced security and assurance to both the buyer and seller.

Alternative Payment Solutions

Depending on the nature and requirements of the transaction, Payoneer and selected Trade Finance solutions may be considered subject to mutual approval and agreed terms.

Shipping & Logistics

We provide flexible and commercially tailored shipping solutions designed to meet the diverse logistics requirements of our international buyers. Our experienced team collaborates with reputed freight-forwarding partners with established expertise in agricultural export logistics.

• FOB — Free on Board: Shipment arranged up to the designated Indian port.
• CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight: Includes freight and insurance coverage up to the buyer’s nominated port.
• CFR — Cost & Freight: Freight included up to the buyer’s designated port, excluding insurance.

Customized shipping quotations are available upon request, with competitive rates and clear cost structures to support efficient international trade.

MOQ & Logistics

Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard MOQ starts from 500 kg, providing an efficient balance between commercial requirements and supply planning.
Trial quantities may be considered upon mutual discussion.

Order Lead Time

Standard order processing and dispatch is typically completed within 10–25 days, depending on packaging, labelling, and order specifications.

Packaging Solutions

We offer customized packaging formats to meet diverse retail and bulk-import requirements:

• Retail Packs: 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 5 kg & 10 kg
• Bulk Packaging: 20 kg, 25 kg & 50 kg in PP or Jute sacks
• Private Label / White Label: Available as per buyer requirements
